Self-winding mechanical watch caliber 1570 composed of 26 jewels for 19,800 vibrations per hour with a 48-hour power reserve. These movements with the caliber 1560 were the first to be certified by Rolex as an "Officially Certified Superlative Chronometer" (SCOC) in the Explorer range and to receive this designation.
Steel case, 36 mm in diameter, with 78360 service steel bracelet with Rolex folding clasp. Original 7206 bracelet supplied with missing endlink.

Type 6 black dial, last gold dial produced with "Swiss T<25" written between index 6 and outer dial indexes. The type 6 dial is the most common 1016 gold dial. Luminescent-coated service hands. Plexiglas crystal, screw-down crown and screw-down caseback in steel.
