In June 2009, Graham announced a two-year sponsorship with the Brawn GP Formula 1 team. A few months later, after a great experience in the paddocks alongside Ross Brawn, Eric Loth, CEO of the brand, is proud that "his" team not only won the 2009 Constructors' World Championship, but that one of its drivers, Jenson Button, also won the Drivers' World Championship.
Specifically flown in from England to visit the firm in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Ross Brawn and his Executive Managing Director, Nick Fry, declared at a press conference on December 8 that they wanted to continue the adventure alongside Graham, despite the fact that the team is changing its name for next season to Mercedes GP.
Eric Loth welcomed the continuity of this contract and unveiled the Silverstone Trackmaster Year One (limited edition of 500) to the press. Each of the dials contains a Formula 1 body disc, meticulously cut, refined and integrated into one of the counters. The particularity of these cut-outs makes each timepiece unique.
