The piece is powered by a Swiss quartz movement. The circular gold-plated brass case has a satin finish on the back and a polished finish on the bezel. It is enhanced by a red enameled tubular element, typical of Cartier creations of this period, and measures 55 mm in diameter. The side crown is adorned with a red cabochon, the Maison's signature jewelry detail.

The sleek white dial is centered in a wide bezel decorated with red lacquer Roman numerals, emblematic of Cartier. Two black baton hands ensure a sober and elegant reading of the time.
